We do not capture personal information without visitors' permission.

Assuring your privacy and anonymity when you respond to CitizenGauge questions is a critical concern of ours. We require a minimum of information from you - only that which will make the information useful as we compile summary results. We will never disclose personal or identifying information to government, nor will we share, sell, rent or publish any such personal or identifying information.

The information we collect is used for summary statistical presentations. When we request your e-mail address, it is solely for the purpose of our reaching you directly so that we may clarify your responses, if necessary, or to obtain critical additional information if, for example, you are recommending that an agency or employee receive special, positive recognition. Your address is not shared with, published, disclosed or identified to anyone else. You do not need to provide your e-mail address and may choose to remain anonymous.

We reserve the right to edit out defamatory or obscene comments and multiple identical entries.
