Nonprofit Capacity Plus for Social Service Agencies

Similar to cultural institutions, small and mid-size social service agencies also have few resources or time to invest in emerging technologies that have the potential to make their operations more efficient and improve their services. For the past three years, Fund staff have concentrated on introducing Nonprofit Capacity Plus to small and mid-sized social services groups that are part of the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's Infant Mortality Reduction Initiative.
