Arnav Sahai is pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy at Columbia University, with a focus on international finance, economic policy, and data-driven solutions for complex social challenges. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where he developed expertise in data analytics, algorithms, cloud technologies, and software development. Arnav has applied these skills across multiple roles at Columbia University, Accenture, The Smart Cube, and other organizations, optimizing AI systems, managing real-time data integration, and improving business processes. His research explores the intersection of technology and policy, including the influence of social media on financial markets and the dynamics of online political discourse. Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and Tableau, he is committed to applying analytics for public benefit and social good. Arnav has served as Treasurer of the SIPA Debate and Diplomacy Society and as Editor-in-Chief of student publications, demonstrating leadership, collaboration, and strong communication skills. Fluent in Hindi and Urdu, he seeks to bridge gaps between technology, policy, and social welfare to promote inclusive governance, equitable access to opportunity, and evidence-based public decision-making.
