Most recently, Gavi interned with NYC Parks’ Capital Strategy team, supporting capital projects through data analysis, GIS mapping, and community engagement. She previously worked with the NYC Department of City Planning on press, public engagement, and graphic design initiatives, and supported sustainability and community garden programs at the Museum of Reclaimed Urban Space. Outside of work and academics, Gavi enjoys running and biking along the Hudson River Park Greenway, playing guitar, and exploring the city’s bookstores.
